This project describes construction methods and technology that were used for construction of foundations for the proposed building in order of a sequence. It discusses options and choices regarding foundation types and appropriate construction methods for raft foundation with downstand pads, together with case studies.

Identification, analysis and selection of appropriate methods for construction of a cofferdam on the site of re-development of a four-storey office complex to be built in vacinity of a busy town centre and on the edge of the river Ouse in Lewes, East Sussex.

Project |04 BIM group coursework
Carrying out a task given by the CEO of the company, utilising full capabilities of Revit. The task was to design a high-end luxury detached modern house in Shoreham-by-Sea, providing comprehensive work plan and construction documentation for development of this project.
A demonstration of Walkthrough (Revit Autodesk feature) was utilised for presentation and more effective communication with the client.
